i'm a a 45 year old man…   I've been struggling with flexibility..  that was until i started doing your exercises … i do them first thing in the morning and last thing at night…  I started over a year ago.. and now i'm really flexible and i can really get a good shoulder turn… on the downside, the exercises have made me develop a massive pair of tits.
