Very complete workout, and really improves balance.
Daniel if you or Kelli have the time please, another episode of this will help me and many others.
I think a lot of people are very focused on builing strength and that's all they do. They miss all the functional aspects of things.
Balance flexibility and coordination are elements everyone should be working on along with strength.

great workout to prepare for golf season. Highly recommend it. ย I love the Prone Hovering Lateral Raises. ย I've seen versions of this but this executes the areas to strengthen the back.
