The biggest myth in golf is that exercise and weight training are bad for the Golf swing. Golfers need to exercise and combine strength and flexibility. Almost all modern professionals are in excellent physical shape.

Great video. Thanks for listening to my request. I'll shut up now! I had 10 PT sessions a few years ago because I didn't do the forearm stretches and ended up with a bad case of medial epicondilitis (sp?) — golfer's elbow!!!!
