Billy Graham says:

Yup. I noticed in my own golf swing how when I don't work out doing push ups, sit ups, and pull ups (about as far as my workout goes, except for some jogging), that the distances I hit the ball diminish, and then when I work out, the distances increase. I should be working out anyway, for health reasons. Now I have an additional incentive — distance.

You've buffed up a lot since 2012 Rory! Weightlifting can help golfers just as an athlete in every other sport. A football or basketball player can play football without lifting weights but if he lifts it'll only help them. Same with golfers

Rory to engage the core even more try those pull ups with the legs fully extended in front of you. In other words your feet match the hips.  Its a great way to strengthen the core while doing some pull ups. Thanks for sharing some of the daily life with us!
