hi mate ive been back playing 2 months everyday after hitting 150 balls I sore lower back even spasms if I do your exercise arch up back I feel it in lower ,,,usually 1 or 2 days I feel fine ,,,do you think this just my muscles getting use to the load should I keep goin

Thanks for the video. I love your comments about using back muscles on a regular basis (to build strength) and also working with a fitness professional. Too often people with back pain think that they are beyond help…was there once myself.
