This is a center point power punching workout using a boxing heavy bag taught by a professional boxer.

Notice my feet do not move throughout the entire workout. It’s all balance and leverage……for starters.

I’m doing this workout as an off season golf workout.

I think you would be hard pressed to find a more useful workout for developing your center point power mechanics, and for getting in good shape than hitting a heavy bag.

Im not a pro boxer just amateur but wouldn't u wanna be in ur stance throwing more of ur body into that at a faster speed? I get its an exercise but my coach always says speed is power, those punches seem looping and telegraphed.
